It’s Not About What the Employee Wants
It’s about what the company needs, not what the employee wants. Put policies and procedures in place and explain them once. Make sure everyone toes the line. If your workers are dodging their half of the deal and still expecting to get paid, they shouldn’t be there. You can’t brook any deviation, because as soon as you allow that to happen the inmates are running the asylum. Before you know it you’ll be losing lots of money.
